Reach all employees<\/strong>
The biggest advantage of employee communication via smartphone is that everyone has access to information at all times \u2014 regardless of whether they have a PC workstation, are on the road, or working from home. One glance at the smartphone is enough for employees to stay up to date. In other words: everyone has the same opportunity to stay informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You retain control over information flow<\/strong>
The larger the company, the more difficult it becomes to reach all employees at the same time. However, for particularly urgent news, this is absolutely essential \u2014 for example, when employees must be informed before the press\/public about a decision or crisis situation.
In such cases, important messages can be delivered to smartphones via push notification. Prioritising internal communication is a sign of appreciation and enables employees to communicate in the spirit of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual information channels<\/strong>
Some information in a company is important and relevant for all employees (announcements, new hires, strategy). But there are at least just as many topics that are only important to specific groups (departments, locations, project teams).
In Screenimage Mobile, you assign different app channels to different target groups. Employees can also decide for themselves which of the \u201coptional channels\u201d they want to subscribe to. This option makes the app more attractive for each individual and increases acceptance of the medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimal additional effort<\/strong>
Introducing an additional communication channel is usually associated with considerable maintenance effort. Whether it’s an employee app or a Digital Signage system \u2014 we always look for opportunities to integrate existing content automatically.
Information already available in another application, system, or on the website is integrated via feeds, processed, and displayed accordingly. For you, this means content without extra effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
