INITIAL SITUATION<\/h2>\n

VP Bank AG is a Liechtenstein-based private bank headquartered in Vaduz. In addition to its headquarters in the Principality, the VP Bank Group includes subsidiaries in Switzerland, Luxembourg, the British Virgin Islands, Singapore, and Hong Kong. A key driver of success is the bank\u2019s highly qualified and motivated workforce. To keep employees even better informed about developments within the bank, project managers sought a tool to communicate with the workforce quickly and in a decentralized manner.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

SOLUTION<\/h2>\n

During a workshop at the start of the project, the information requirements and needs were defined and documented. A major focus throughout the project was on integrating as much content as possible automatically. To achieve this, a wide variety of interfaces and feeds were integrated (web news, intranet, social media, financial data, etc.). The result is an exciting mix of automated and manual content. However, the interfaces do not function solely in one direction. Individual manual content elements from the digital signage system have been integrated into the intranet via iFrame embedding. Concurrently with the digital signage project, the VP Group revamped its brand identity. The in-house graphics department provided the layout, and Screenimage handled the technical implementation.

\r\nAfter the system was successfully rolled out at the Vaduz and Triesen locations, the international branches followed suit, enabling cross-location communication. Thanks to the system architecture, the additional screens and branches could be integrated quickly and easily. Adding an additional language also poses no obstacle.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

The screens now installed in break rooms and staff entrances are generating the desired attention.
