INITIAL SITUATION<\/h2>\n

Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Zurich), headquartered in Zurich, is an internationally active Swiss financial services company and the parent company of Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. In Switzerland, more than 1.4 million customers rely on its products and services, including private individuals as well as small, medium, and large companies and institutions. Zurich employs over 7,000 people in Switzerland.

\r\nFor several years, Zurich has been using digital signage as an integral part of its internal and external communication. In 2025, those responsible at Zurich decided to re-tender the project.

\r\nWhen selecting the new partner, they placed great importance on not only improvements in software usability and stability but also on continuing to use the existing hardware.

\r\nThe framework conditions\u2014a combination of internal and external communication across more than 80 locations and a large number of editors\u2014practically called for an implementation with Screenimage Pro.

Solution<\/h2>\n

The solution currently consists of two tenants, differentiated by their respective target audiences.
\r\n
\r\nThe first tenant focuses on communication with customers visiting a general agency or a help point. The screens there display current product information and promotional clips. In addition, general agencies have the option to use their screens individually: introducing their own team, welcoming customers, or communicating local topics such as events and activities.
\r\n
\r\nThe screens at the headquarters and regional offices, on the other hand, are primarily aimed at employees. They mainly display news from the employee portal and provide information on company news, upcoming internal events, employee initiatives, and other relevant topics. In addition, an interface with the IoT tool shows the current occupancy of the staff restaurant and the health center.
\r\n
\r\nA special feature of the solution at Zurich is the customer-specific templates aligned with the corporate design. With just a few clicks, users can define image position, cropping, the placement of graphical elements, and the background color. This saves a significant amount of time, as content no longer needs to be designed in InDesign and uploaded as images.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
