Reach all employees
The biggest advantage of employee communication via smartphone is that everyone has access to information at all times — regardless of whether they have a PC workstation, are on the road, or working from home. One glance at the smartphone is enough for employees to stay up to date. In other words: everyone has the same opportunity to stay informed.
You retain control over information flow
The larger the company, the more difficult it becomes to reach all employees at the same time. However, for particularly urgent news, this is absolutely essential — for example, when employees must be informed before the press/public about a decision or crisis situation.
In such cases, important messages can be delivered to smartphones via push notification. Prioritising internal communication is a sign of appreciation and enables employees to communicate in the spirit of the company.
Individual information channels
Some information in a company is important and relevant for all employees (announcements, new hires, strategy). But there are at least just as many topics that are only important to specific groups (departments, locations, project teams).
