But then there are situations where, for example, a meeting runs longer than expected, you need to switch rooms, or you want to sit down for a quick one-on-one after a meeting. Everything at a Glance
With our meeting room screens, you can see immediately whether a room is occupied or available, and for how long. The entire process is, of course, fully automated. We connect «Screenimage Room» to your room management software or calendar (e.g., Outlook, Calendar, etc.) via an interface.
Custom Design
You decide how room occupancy is displayed on the screens. For example, do you want to show only the current appointment or all bookings for the entire day? No problem! We’ll fully customize the display to meet your needs. We’re also happy to match the display to your corporate colors and incorporate your font, logo, images, and more.

Philips’ high-quality 10-inch multitouch displays not only look great but also offer excellent value for money and durability. The screens are also touch-enabled, allowing you to search for available or scheduled appointments directly on the device.
Connectivity
Another major advantage is that “Screenimage Room” is 100% based on “Screenimage Pro” and can therefore be fully integrated with your digital signage system. For example, you can display an overview of the occupancy of all meeting rooms on the large signage screens, while the screens in the meeting rooms themselves show only the occupancy status for that specific room. You can also use templates from the digital signage system, such as high-priority templates, to override the “normal” occupancy status during events, for example. If desired, additional content from the digital signage solution can also be integrated.
