SOLUTION

Together with the project managers, Screenimage developed a concept in which each department is given its own channel, consisting of internal departmental and corporate content. When entering the postings, the editors choose whether the messages are only displayed on the internal screens, at the head office or company-wide on all screens.

The user profile regulates which screen groups and templates the individual editors have access to. In addition to manual activations, the system is supplied with a lot of automated content. This includes Customer feedback, intranet news, Facebook, Twitter, financial information, stock market prices, webcam, weather data, traffic jam reports, timetable, online news, menu plan, etc. The screen concept specifies that the left-hand screen area is reserved for manual calls from the departments and the right-hand area displays the content of the data feeds. The layout facilitates an overview and ensures an attractive mix. Thanks to the templates, user profiles and screen layout, the system remains simple and clear for editors despite its high level of complexity.

EXPANSION FROM 2019

Due to the great success at the head office and in the branches, the system was also rolled out to the general agencies from 2019. This expansion included internal communication screens for the employees of the respective agency as well as marketing screens in the agencies’ shop windows. In the meantime, over 30 shop window screens have been added.

CUSTOMER OPINION
«

« With Screenimage’s professional solution, we want to provide our employees with useful information quickly and easily in a compact, entertaining and visually appealing way. We are convinced that thanks to the mix of ‘snackable content’, we can further increase the impact of internal communication, especially on strategic topics and in the area of campaigning. Thanks to the sophisticated authorisation concept and the decentralised editorial focus, various departments contribute content and thus to the success of the solution.” »
